Client Services Representative (Bucharest)

We are looking for a Client Services Representative, who

• lives in Bucharest,
• works in multiple shifts,
• Is proficient in English,
• is able to accurately follow and repeat tasks,
• has experience in using multiple softwares,
• possesses excellent communication skills,
• is willing to learn and improve continuously,
• finds joy in doing a great job and building something significant.

Tasks will include:

• moderate content on social media platforms,
• communicate with clients on multiple platforms,
• manage reports and statistics,
• communicate with multiple team members,
• create and manage online content,
• train and moderate online content providers.
